I keep reading on here of older men who say they used to be top but now are more bottom.

And there don't appear to be that many older tops around, going by a quick search of over 40s, and even more so, over 50s.

Why is this ?

Sadly as we get older we tend to develop medical conditions that stop us getting or sustaining those rock-hard 'steel rod' erections. The mind is still more than willing but the body refuses to comply. Viagra and similar may help but again, with some medical conditions, is not always advisable.
