Many years ago I rimmed a guy and it was the first one I rimmed, so I was pretty clueless what to do.

This guy gave me instructions what to do and I asked was he clean and I took his word for it, I slowly began to lick his hole and no way was he clean.

I ended up in hospital with a serious throat infection that voild of killed me, I was tested for HIV, HEPATITIS A&B, DISENTRY, and other viruses.

I was in hospital for 5 weeks 2 were in the life support unit, even today they still don't know what caused this virus, but to my embarrassment they knew I sucked cock as they found DNA of semen in my mouth when doing the swabs.

I know licking this guys hole then sitting on my fave forcing me to lick it clean, caused my illness. So when I read guys wanting to clean dirty anuses, trust me when I say; it's very dangerous and can kill you..

I respectfully disagree. I love the taste of a clean bum and hole. Soap and hot water have no doubt killed or washed away harmful bacteria and any remaining bacteria are no doubt healthy ones. My thoughts exactly. Testing for viruses and bacteria fair enough. If it's bacterial then a course of the appropriate antibiotics. The same for viruses, is an antiviral required to aid recovery. Why go to the trouble and expense of a DNA test. How will that aid recovery. Was the op's identity in question or is the op's DNA on the national police database and a sample taken for confirmation. The only way his DNA is on record is if he has been arrested and a sample taken. To determine that the semen is not the op's. A sample of his own DNA has to be taken for comparison. We talking the NHS mate not CSI
