Accommodating others for meets near Oxford

I'm arranging to meet with a guy who lives near Oxford but he finds it tricky to accommodate at times.

I was wondering whether there might be any guys around the area who live alone that might be prepared to help out by accommodation during the day?

Maybe offer the use of a spare room for a reasonable price?

Just an idea and no doubt I'll get a lot of negative comments.

You get day room hotels and also what about a sauna nearby where you both can meet?

I've been looking at the hotel thing, the nearest sauna is in Swindon I think.

Nearest to Brackley would probably be Luton Greenhouse. Thats if you drive.
