Yes its taken for enlarged prostate as in my case its just that Not prostate cancer, thank god, I take tamsulosin to help the flow of urine ,the only side effect ive had is I don't cum as much as I used to, but as I'm bottom it doesn't bother me, I still get rock solid erections just not a lot of man milk xxx

Was on that drug for enlarged prostate myself ...changed after 3 weeks .I couldn't even get an erection ..didn't even produce cum ..very low mood swings ...passing urine.... constantly...was then put on Alfuzosin three times a day, instantly it worked within a week

erection good cum loads aswell ..almost horny all the time .. been on this drug now 2+ years ...

I take tamsulosin and finasteride for enlarged prostate I also have low grade prostate cancer I can still get a hardon and feel hornier than ever I do orgasm just don't ejaculate it has caused retrograde ejaculation instead of shooting my load it goes into my bladder and is disposed of the obvious way when I piss I still get that feeling of ejaculating and the feeling is more intense and powerful than shooting a load I feel disappointed that I can't satisfy guys who like to swallow a load or get facials and I feel embarrassed about it too think I might have to have a chat with my consultant urologist and see if there's anything or any other medication I can take to reverse the side effects of my current medication

Alfuzosin does that do the same job as tamsulosin and finasteride by shrinking the prostate and relaxing the urethra?
