Safest way is not to use a shower. Potential excessive water pressure is damaging. You can buy hand held douches quite cheaply controllable and effective

Either just take the shower head off and insert the flexible pipe or you can buy a small dildo shaped attachement which screws on very cheap online.

Be very careful if you use the shower excess pressure can cause seals in the shower to fail and can also cause damage to you as well. Proper shower douche attachments are designed so there is a constant flow of water out.

My last meet ( well he didnt show) i douched in the shower. Thought i was clean. Then drove over to his side of town waiting for the word but i had ti call into a shopping center as i still had alot of water in me. I wont go into to much dirty details but it wasnt nice.

Can you use to much water and hkw do you know its all out?

If you use a shower attachment then your body will keep some water. It's best to voucher then use the shower normally to give time to expell it all.

As others have said … go easy with the shower hose (shower head removed). you want a very gentle flow to slowly fill you. You are not power washing you inside with the spray head!

Diet also plays an important part too pal. So plenty of fibre intake as normal and it should make things easier.

If you get water past your rectum up into your colon you will be shitting water for hours after.... Use a hand held bulb douche that sprays SIDEWAYS, use multiple small volumes of water and all should be well.

It is also diet, high fiber diet and don't eat for many hours before your meet....

And when the partner doesn't show up you will know why many Bottoms get pissed off because they have prepared properly....
