All legit fears and I totally get where you're coming from.

Social etiquette - my main advice for this would be to turn up and ask to be shown around. Plenty of saunas are happy to do this and it will give you a good sense of the atmosphere and whether people are wearing a towel or not. Alternatively, if they're unable to do this then start your visit in a towel and see what everyone else is doing. Usually, being naked is totally fine except for in more public spaces like the front desk or the bar.

When someone shows interest - consent is key in saunas (as it should be in all walks of life). If you're not interested in someone just say no thank you and move on. It happens. You'll get turned down at some point too. Don't take it personally. Of course, if someone continues to harass you then tell the owners and they will deal accordingly.
