Hi. I haven't a huge amount of anal experience, yet. But I have tried out a few different plugs. The ones I personally enjoyed best were made out of silicone. I thought they felt nicer than rubber or plastic and were easy to clean. Love Honey have a few starter kits. And lube, lots and lots of lube!

The smallest is hardly noticeable so I never use it.

I started re-training my butt with the smallest. Practice sliding in slowly, and leaving it there for a few minutes. Once you’re comfy try for an hour. Then build up to a number of hours. Then try the same with the next size, but warm up with the small one for a few hours then swap out and being with 15 minutes at the bigger size and build up to wearing for a longer time…then upsize. You’ll learn the control of your butt over time, whilst also gradually increasing the flexibility of the muscles without stretching too far too fast.

It may be worth getting the smallest 2 sizes first as you’ll be surprised how fast you progress to begin with.
