Been doing that to guys since my Amsterdam days, often combined with frenulum massage. Ropes not necessary of course, I used to have 2 leather boot laces. Well, I still keep a couple in my bag for special occasions

Having the guys hands restrained is more important in my book.

It's another one of those things that can take some guys to their own Nirvana, some just enjoy and for others it's a case of 'ok but nah, not really'
