"I wonder how many "straight" cyclists realize lycra even blk when stretched tight worn without undies can show off all between their legs balls ass crack and rosebud even whether they are shaved ring do they realize or not white and yellow are just as bad if not more transparent is it because the padding around their cock makes them think it is as opaque all round " Phew! That's so hot! Love meeting Lycra clad cyclists.

"Yes Some of the cheaper shorts show VPL and Glans . The more expensive shorts hide stuff better, and it’s just a lump or bulge. It’s a fact of biology that men have genitalia. Someone at a cafe once, said I CAN SEE YOUR COCK. That’s nice I said. It’s where I left it this morning. It’s a good job my balls are in a bag. " Well said! I don’t know why society is so horrified at the sight of not just male genitalia but nudity in it’s entirety

"Lycra is the only thing that makes it slightly ok to get stuck in a car behind a bloody bike three feet from the edge of the road, up hill!!!! Yawn " What on earth would make you think that cyclists have no right to be three feet out from the edge of the road? In case you have been misinformed hitherto, they do indeed have that right.

Indeed they do. Also, when cars are parked at the side of the road, sensible cyclists will cycle away from the door zone, which means cycling near to the middle of the road until they’ve passed the parked cars.

"Pound for Pound With VAT on Cycling Gear Cyclists pay more into the Pot than motorists. Any motorist who thinks VED is exclusively spent on roads is naïve. All of your TAX, goes into one Pot. Cyclists have a right to use the roads, cars are permitted to use it. The roads that are built exclusively for Motors Vehicles are Motorways. " . Wouldn't be so sure about the VAT (especially when buying consumables for the car) but yes, the taxes they allegedly repair the roads with are from the general taxation pot. The other anti cyclist quote that annoys me is when they go on about cyclists also having some responsibility for the wear & tear of the roads. They conveniently forget that most cyclists also have a car/motor vehicle which is sitting at home not wearing out anything, yet the VED has been paid.

And VED doesn’t anywhere near cover the cost of road construction and maintenance. It’s a drop in the ocean. Therefore, motorists are very heavily subsidised by non drivers.

"I cycle a lot and always wear Lycra, sadly I've never been propositioned while out on a ride. Fingers crossed though!" Same here, but at the age of 70, not being propositioned doesn’t surprise me.
