And drink plenty of water when using or you will get one heck of a headache. Works for me anyway

If you're diabetic your GP would give the best advice

I’m diabetic and have issues caused by that. I’ve been strongly advised not to take them due to also having high blood pressure.

I would definitely be speaking to your GP.

Don’t take advice from here. See your gp.

But, I too have diabetes, controllled blood pressure and use tadalafil prescribed by my gp. I find it last for a few days and, I might be wrong, but generally feel my cock is a bit thicker too.

I used to take tadalafil. But gives me terrible heartburn. Now looking for alternatives myself.

Having had prostate cancer and surgery , then diagnosed with erectile dysfunction I have been on both Sildenafil 100 mg and Tadalafil 20 mg for 12 years . I also have high blood pressure . See your GP . But I can say they work . Sildenafil works for several hours but avoid fatty food and alcohol . tadalafil , lasts around 36 hours , no impact from food or drink . Don’t take both together . Also do not use any form of room oderizers . Take advice from gp re other meds and their impacts .

I have been on Cialis (Tadalafil) 5mg daily for over 15 years, prescribed by doctors.

I have a controlled high blood pressure, a heart condition & diabetes but they do not cause me issues.

What they allow me to do is to get hard when I want & yes, it works. As I get older, not working as much as it used to do but I am still enjoying the self-playing when I want to

No one answer to this. What works for you might not work for me. Try and find ine that does the business for you then stick with it

I don't need it but out of curiosity I asked a guy to give me one just to try.

Oh my God !! It gets better with lots of foreplay and sexual arousal. My cock was as hard as a rock. Felt it was thicker, firmer, stronger and slightly longer throbbing on and off when aroused.

Tadalafil is the generic name for the same drug as Cialis ie they’re one and the same.

Always get your GPs advice especially if you have other medical conditions that you’re taking medication for.

The other thing to note is that Viagra and similar should never be used with PPS. See below and spread the word!

Combining Viagra (sildenafil) and PPS is highly dangerous and potentially fatal. Both substances act as vasodilators, meaning they widen blood vessels and cause a rapid drop in blood pressure. When taken together, they can cause a severe, life-threatening drop in blood pressure (hypotension), which may lead to cardiovascular collapse, heart attack, or stroke.
