If you simply answer the door naked as though it is perfectly natural then highly unlikely to get banned. As a couple of them have said to me, they have all seen it before multiple times and generally not an issue.

Open the door with a raging hard on or behaving inappropriately is likely to get you into trouble..

Unless it can be shown that you were naked with the intent to cause offence and or distress, or you were doing something inappropriate, like wanking in front of them, the police most likely not get involved. Their guidelines are quite clear.

And simply offending someone by being naked isn’t enough. It has to be shown you did with the intent to cause offence.

The College of Policing guidelines on naturism are available online and pretty clear and comprehensive.

Not quite. Have opened the door a couple of times when straight out of the shower and only dressed in a bathrobe or towel. Usually the delivery person was a middle-aged lady who I knew quite well and she would say 'Go and make yourself decent whilst I put the kettle on'.

On one occasion I assumed it was her but it turned out to be two male Jehovah's Witnesses. Once had to visit a property for work, the appointment had been arranged a while before.

Arrived at the house and after an initial knock/ring, could see someone coming towards the door.
