Miss T, Thank you, you describe the issues with meeting guys to a tee. When message ping pong begins on the day when a meet has been arranged, I get concerned and after being let down on too many occasions, I now call the meet off at that point, as I know it's not gonna happen. The obverse side of this is guys going quiet and not replying to a confirmation message, despite reading it.I can understand guys bottling it to some degree, but time wasters enrage me. Why do you do it guys?

I find around 1 in 3 guys are late cancellations (eg on the day), which as others have said is super-annoying a) cos of the time it takes getting ready and b) if you've booked a hotel.

Obviously some are genuine 'something came up' cancellations. My most hilarious this year I was to visit him at home and last minute he messaged 'my Mother has come to stay unexpectedly'. It'd have nearly been a comedy sitcom moment!

But I think a lot are to do with married/partnered, outwardly 'straight' guys who aren't sure/only have a brief, furtive window etc. Not all Admirers obv, but one factor.

BTW, I do understand the tension this can create here for some - as it means there are basically some guys on here who don't like other 'regular' gay guys. It's just sad though to see when groups turn on each other.

I have had some woeful excuses from guys over the years including all the usual humdrum ones about car breakdowns, trains cancelled, a sudden illness, working late etc.

That's one reason why I prefer to meet other Tgirls, as I tend to find that other Tgirls are more reliable (not totally of course), but at least they know about the time and effort that we put in before a meet. Showering, shaving, douching, make up, dressing, grooming etc.
