I was born and brought up in Southern Africa, left in 1990. Most of those in Africa are intolerant of LGBT and most CD's have had some major problems out in public. But if you are careful where you go and who you socialize with, you can certainly have a lot of fun albeit discreetly.

But, be warned, before going to anywhere in Africa, make sure you first do some checking and only stay with those of the same mindset.

While at College over there I had many sexual encounters with Black men but it had to be very discreet and very careful who you chose to go with. Depending on which countries you visit, most of the Black guys refuse to have anything to do with condoms and as stated before on here, HIV is extremely common along with many other STD's. Remember, there are now different strains of HIV and some where the current Prep you get here, is somewhat ineffective to some of those in Africa. So make sure you consult with the Clinic first.

My last STI consultation was October.

About 2 days after my South African man that I fell for spent the night at my place.

After the usual questions about how many partners, condom use etc, I said: “I know you are particularly interested in sub Saharan Africa, so I should tell you that Sunday night’s bloke is here from South Africa.”

Very true of most countries over there but people still do it very discreetly. Where I was, it was illegal but never heard of anyone even going to jail for it let alone the Death Penalty. Most of the Black community don't recognise Gay etc. but it was also common among the men that worked away from home a lot and I suppose it was just convenient to off load into each other. The Ex and I were lucky that we got involved in an old couple who had a farm and were great friends with many of their labor force. So they arranged GB's and Orgies for some of the white males, females, bf/gf and married couples that enjoyed black men. But was very secretive and could have been some bad outcomes if caught by anyone not into that sort of thing.

I'm going to start by searching for countries where English is commonly spoken.

Then cross-reference with those countries that are tolerant, or less hostile, to LGBT.

That should produce a short-list of countries I can focus on.

It's a BIG continient.

As someone who's lived and worked across a lot of Africa, places such as Nigeria and Uganda have the worlds worst treatment of LGBTQI. The majority of Northern and Eastern parts of the continent have strict laws for acts of homosexuality, of any description/gender/preference with many carrying life in prison or in a lot of countries, death. The only country that is likely to give you the option of a 'gangbang/group play time' will be South Africa. There is a large gay community in Cape Town where I worked and lived for a few years. It also supports same-sex marriage legally. Good luck.

Having been to Nigeria numerous times with work I certainly would not recommend it for a holiday which is a shame because the coast is stunning. It's unfortunately a dangerous country for the unwary.

For what you seek I'd suggest Gambia or, as another has posted, Kenya but with the usual warnings of sense and sensibility.

I remember a great time had in The Ivory Coast but it was with tourists (and, on one occasion, the First Officer of a Lufthansa crew), not the locals.

Not sure why but from my experience in Southern Africa, the black men are all at least 9" and can fuck for ages. But all are only into BB, so if that's ok with you then Southern Africa is great.
