Experienced tops won't be afraid to go deep, but it's all down to the bottom, as they're in control. Dildos of any size often go deeper due to the simple fact they bend. Hands and arms only bend so far and in certain places, the colon has to be trained to take wider deeper. Deep douching definitely helps, along with relaxing the hole.
