Usually I clear out my Blocked List at the end of the year and start again. Thinking I'll not bother this time as there are so many on it nowadays.

How do you treat yours?

If I've blocked people, it's for a reason, abd they stay blocked until they inevitably start again with a new profile.

The people in block tend to be people that spam the local updates with constant pics and status updates so I keep them blocked

I have 30+ in my blocked list. Over half of them are the same guy!

Of the remainder about half are expats living in Spain or the Canary Islands who register as being in Cornwall. The rest are just annoying guys I don't want to see or chat with.

So they can all stay blocked forever. It's a one way ticket from me.

People on my block list are time wasters, i.e., they have said they would meet and then ghosted me, either when I ask for their address or when I get to their postcode. Once block, they stay blocked.

The people on my blocked list are either those who has expressed a dislike to the type of person I am and therefore I don't want to appear on any searches they may make. Or, they are or have been plain horrible on the forums (not many thankfully). Or people who message me with Neanderthal garbage, so if they haven't got the decency to even read the first small paragraph of my profile I just don't want to meet them

People who proved to be time wasters.

Anyone who mentioned any interest in under age subjects.

People who showed that they couldn't communicate, using only one or two word messages that never went anywhere.

Any mention of marching powder use.

I have taken off the odd minor miscreant, but I don't notify or contact them. Interestingly enough never had exchanges with 'ex-cons'! Probably I'm on their chopping block too! 😆 It's all very silly but it can help avoid minor annoyances, mutually. There is one fellow fabber though who will probably stay there, and I on his, and it's the one with whom rapport and astoundingly close compatibility beckoned strongly, until we worked out we were too close socially and professionally, and a hypothetical liaison might affect our beloved and become difficult to handle, so we agreed to block each other 😔

Long block list, usually it's because they either have bareback on profile and no point wasting eachother's time, or they have lied in messages, making out they have same preferenced, saying not done this or that or only into such and such, and you look at profile verifications and they have been fucked by half the site. Good for them but not for me.

I reckon I must be blocked by quite a few for not being into more adventurous stuff, but the weird ones are those who seemed okay, sent nice message but you only see it couple of hours later and when you get opportunity to give a proper reply, you find they have blocked you.

Someone once blocked me as I went to answer a message.

A few weeks later I got a message from them saying how are you? They had unblocked me.

Still don't know why they blocked or unblocked me
