Try a tens machine before you invest in an expensive estim kit. Not as good as the real thing, but still pretty effective and a decent one is only about 20 quid.

I doubt there’s a possibility of an estim used below the waist affecting your heartbeat. They are totally safe when used correctly.

I’ve been in the BDSM business for many years and I work with hundreds of Pro Dommes all over the world, many of whom use electrical stimulation devices on their clients. I’ve had them used on me lots of times with zero problems.
