Luke warm water, do not use hot or cold.

Don't over fill. It will feel strange to start. Use an appropriate method i.e douche bulb if you're new to it, as you get more used to it, a shower hose works wonders

Douche till clear and give it 20-30 mins before doing any anal unless you want a very wet mattress.

High fibre diet, handheld bidet, takes me less than 5 mins to douche and have never had any ‘accidents’

Handheld bidets are a life saver, easy to get attached to your toilet

If anyone asks why, just say it’s more hygienic than just using toilet paper and wet wipes

Go for a sit on the pot and evacuate your bum as much as you can. Either get a douche attachment for your shower pipe or, as I do remove your shower head. Set the water to warmish and not running too fast. Direct the water into your anal passage for a few seconds removed the pipe and clench your bum hole. Waddle to the loo and let it go. Do this a few times till it runs clear. Give it 10-20 minutes and have a sit on again in case there is some fluid still in there. What us bottoms go through!! Clean and ready to be a please.

Although I couldn't order it to my house because of the wife I had a lovely gay guy around the corner order for me. One of the bulb things and yeah as mentioned luke warm water and after half hour you should be fine. At least in my experience I have found it to be the case. On the plus side if you are into gaming PCs like myself a bulb to blow away the dust is just what I said it is

I use a shower hose attachment, not too hot and don't over fill your passage. Fill up and as a previous poster has said, waddle to the toilet and let it go. 2 or 3 times and it'll probably run clear, but then I get my small dildo and give it a good quick fucking and go again with the douche. Then I get my huge dildo and give it a good fucking and repeat the douche. That usually does it for me, but as I'm showering I do use the small dildo again to try and tease out the last of the water.
