As so many have said, getting the courage to walk through the door is the hard bit (theyre always open btw, no need to knock and wait in full view!). I took the plunge and went for my first sauna visit dressed. I was the only one dressed as well for a bitastic Tuesday at Greenhouse, Luton. I can't speak for all saunas but at Touch it doesn't seem to matter some wear their towels, some go naked, I tend to go naked if others are as I feel more comfortable naked.
