Viagra definitely works every time for me. But remember that you won't get an erection without a sexual encounter, and the effects last for around 5 hours max. Cialis also works but I need to take it for a day or two to kick in. Once kicked in the effects can last for 36 hours.

Yes it works for most people, but not everyone. What's best? I've said this a hundred times but *it depends on the individual, and the drug, and the dose*. Anyone else's experiences will differ from how each drug affects you. Talk to a Doctor, try one, and see how you get on with it.

For me, viagra at any dose gives powerful erections that are mostly pleasing to the partner, and the effects last about 24 hours. I can't cum easily when I'm on Viagra however. It also gives me headaches, severe flushing of the face, sinus congestion, sometimes palpitations. You have to know you're going to have sex before you take one, because effects are time limited and it takes 30mins to 1 hour to work, so there's a large element of pre planning. If you get into bed and your partner is suddenly in the mood, it's not much good to you. It does not suit me.

Cialis suits me better, the effects last about 3 days so there's less "pre-planning" necessary and I get more "normal" erections and sexual function when aroused. You can take it regularly in lower doses to provide an ongoing benefit, so impromptu sex is an option again. I personally suffer no side effects from Cialis.

All drugs have possible side effects and you'll have to try each to see what works best for you.
