You're most unlikely to develop any symptoms within a 7-day timescale.

Some take several weeks to manifest themselves, and you can be infected but have no symptoms.

I've started taking out health insurance for overseas travel since Brexit, but I've never actually checked what the policy says.

I rely on going to clinic every 3 months here for testing.
