"Has anyone use viagra or similar, and is it easy to get hold of"

I used to get it on prescription several years ago, but it is available at chemists and online. You should speak to a GP or pharmacist before taking it. Also, the are some alternatives such as Cialis which have different properties/effects. You might want to read up on them too.

I prefer Tadalafil. Cheaper than Viagra and lasts much longer. I buy online from Pharmica. Short questionnaire and sorted. Good luck

As the guy above has just said Tadalafil is my go to if a long session is on the cards. Never had any side effects unlike the pounding headache from viagra.

I've stopped taking it due to headaches and acid reflux. Tadalafil seems to be better. See your GP.

Is tadalafil stronger than Viagra?

While both drugs offer about the same quality of erection, slightly more men achieved a satisfactory erection with sildenafil, according to a study.¹ However, as mentioned above, tadalafil remains in the bloodstream longer and, in the same study, was preferred by more men, probably for that reason.

Tadalafil seems to work for about three days for me.

I don't have trouble getting hard but when I take a pill I can get hard again quite quickly after cumming and my erections are rock hard and girthier

After a few uses headache becomes much less. 25mg also reduces side effects and worth trying.

Viagra is a brand name. Sildenafil is the active drug.

Cialis is a brand name. Tadalafil is the active drug.

Both work for most guys. Viagra is the older drug and does seem to have more side effects, headaches and flushing, going red, seem the most common. It’s quite short acting, lasting hours for some but usually up to a day. Cialis is a newer drug, with fewer side effects reported. It can last for a few days with the effects wearing off more slowly than Viagra. It may also be taken in a low dose, every day, and so you’re always ready to go.

If you think you need a drug to treat erectile dysfunction, please talk to a doctor first. Erectile dysfunction isn’t necessarily a natural consequence of getting older, it can often be the symptom of something else. I only got diagnosed with high blood pressure because I asked a doctor for viagra.

Would 100% agree. It’s very easy to go online and fill in a form, pharmacist approves and you’re done. A very low dose, 2.5mg of tadalafil works for me, but that was under the guidance of my GP. It took several appointments to get to that decision. Impromptu sex is important to me and that’s why we ultimately went down the daily, low dose route.

Best to go speak to your doctor and get a general checkup, make sure there aren't any other underlying issues.
