Have you reported your concerns to admin? They may have sufficient info to pass on to the police who maybe able to trace the guy's geographical location. But!!... Do you know how serious the situation is, or if the guy's life is in danger? He may've just logged off and decided to sleep on it, it's a mighty difficult one for sure.
