Ive just had a 48 hr ban for nameing and shameing someone who copied my photos off my profile and displayed them as him ,even winked me with my photo as is profile pic .

I complained to head office but after 4 days received no reply .

So someone is enticing people on here in ireland with a profile that does not represent him and i find that wierd ,strange,and potentionaly dangerous .

So beware

Well at least he had some taste.

It should have been sorted out by the mods before you felt the need to act

I had the same thing a few years ago on tvchix. Someone made a profile up using my photos from the internet, and then was stupid enough to send me a friend request.

I have noticed a few profiles on certain other sites, where other peoples photos are used on fake profiles!

There was a guy around the Nottingham area (Beeston to be exact) who was on here for years, passing himself off as a TV with 100% nicked pics, and all of them were lifted from here so very easy to spot. I reported him, and linked the genuine profiles so the team could see where they were pinched from, but nothing ever happened. I mailed him direct and asked what he got out of nicking other's pics, he just said sorry, and offered to remove any that were of me. Not really the point is it, you creepy barstard.

I had this, someone took my photos and put them on their profile, I politely asked them to remove them, all I got was abuse, I informed the mods etc, and the problem was sorted, ALWAYS report to admin... any other action could see YOU sanctioned. 😎

I once had a long shouty email from a fellow Grindr user who berated me for stealing a guy’s photos. I could not find the guy online as he has blocked me. I asked shouty boy for a videos, wrote it on my chest in dry wipe pen and sent him a nude. He finally agreed that the pics were mine but admitted that y being a picture thief was spoken widely if in their local area.

I also found profiles using my pictures among others on Scruff, Manhunt and Squirt.

Shouted guy did send me screenshot that I was able to use to report the posing guy. A few weeks later he was at it again this time with a co-top mate of mine. Thankfully mods acted swiftly both for became my mate.

If you report a picture as being taken from the web include the weblink to the 'original' on the report. Admins may not use the same image search as you did so it may not show on their search.
