My Prince Albert Story

Manchester

It's been exactly one week since I had my Prince Albert piercing. This is my story so far.

I was pierced at a piercing studio in Manchester UK on 12/12/2024 the woman who did it was absolutely brilliant, efficient and super quick. I didn't bleed when I had my piercing done which the piercer said was a good sign. I was pierced at a 12g 2.0mm Titanium CBR using the canular method (through the urethra and out the bottom dressed to the left of the frenulum) the pain of the needle going through was a 2/10 on the pain scale and by the time I registered the pain the jewellery was already I inserted.

Through out the first day I had spot bleeding which I prevented getting on to my briefs by placing a sanitary womans pad in it. There was a slight numbness and tenderness at the piercing sight. Other than that no swelling or bruising

The day before my piercing and on the day of it I kept over hydrated through out the day with Cranberry juice so when I went for my first Pee I was surprised that it didn't sting at all which I was rather disappointed with as I was anticipating it. I suppose the Cranberry juice helped dilute the wee so that it was less acidic. The first few pees I did was in warm saline solution over the toilet and right after another warm saline soke for 10 minutes (5g none iodonised Pink Himalayan Rock salt from Costco to 500l of water boild in a kettle and allowed to cool to a warm touch) I then dabbed the area and cleaned any crusties and blood that was on the CBR with Plastic Free Wound Cleansing Whips from Asda. I did notice blood clots in the 1st couple of wees which is perfectly normal. I didn't experience and swelling or bruising.

I didn't get much sleep the first night due to excitement and being over cautious of the new piercing. I made sure to wear briefs with panty liners in it as to not get any of it on the duvet or sheets the 1st few nights which worked perfectly. On the 1st and 2nd day I had to regularly change the panty liners with a fresh one (3 to 4 in a day)

The next few days my p**is was quite tender and sensitive but not painful. I carried on with the warm saline soke 3 times a day morning, evening and at night just before bed cleaning any crusties (which there was very little of at the piercing sight) with the Asda wipes. When at home I just kept it exposed as much as I could to allow it to breathe. Whenever going out, shopping, at work etc I'd wear briefs with a panty liner in it which would help keep my p**is quite snug and in place eliminating too much movent which really helped. By the 3rd day the tenderness had subsided considerably and by the end of the week i no longer needed to wear panty liners.

The piercing is healing incredibly well creating a healthy fistula and a week on the starter CBR jewellery has starterd to comfortably move on it's own which is an indication that I'll be ready to size up to the next guage (10g 2.4mm)

A couple of things I've noticed. Once you have this piercing it takes time to learn the skill to be able to pee standing up again at a urinal. I've found if you hold your pee in slightly and allow the pressure to build and then pee at full force it doesn't spray all over the place like a sprinkler as the double stream converges into one. At a toilet however you do have to sit down to pee to avoid it going everywhere as the pressure buildup method doesn't work effectively or at least it doesn't for me.

Pretty much every night I've woken up with Morning wood (usually at 3am) which I haven't found painful, just slightly uncomfortable the 1st few nights as the pressure of the jewellery is definitely noticeable.

I've not tried any solo play as of yet as I'd prefer to take my time and allow the fistula to heal. The most important thing is to listen to your body. If it starts to feel painful or uncomfortable stop and try again after a couple of days.

Next week I go back to the piercer for a post check up to make sure everything is healing as it should and hopefully help me insert the next size up.

"Very interesting because I was thinking about having mine done "

If your considering getting a PA I would highly recommend it. It's not as painful as one may think. A professional pierser will do it very quick in a matter of minutes. Do be weary though that the healing time is about 6-8 weeks so you'll be out of action for that duration. I think it's absolutely worth it.

For me it's definitely added more sensation to my penis. When the ring moves and stimulates the urethra, it's very pleasurable. It's like having a miniature sound at the tip of your cock at all times

19/12/2024 - I decided to brave it and try solo play for the first time since getting the PA piercing. I was super nervous so took things very slow and gentle. As I rubbed my cock and it started to engorge and get stiffer and harder I could feel the pressure of the CRB jewellery on the inside of the urethra almost as if pushing outwards. The sensations it created was undescribable. I slowly rubbed up and down the shaft increasing the rhythm untill I couldn't hold back any longer and this flurry of pressure built at the tip of my cock. It felt so intense it was unbelievable and out gushed copious amounts of warm creamy cum in jets that seemed to never end.

I have to say that has been the most intense orgasm that I've ever had in my life!

27/12/2024 - Today it's been exactly two weeks since my piercing. I had a follow-up appointment with my piercer and she was happy that it's healing really well and the fistula is forming nicely. I was hoping to guage up to the next size (10g 2.4mm) but the piercer suggested that it wasn't quite ready just yet and to wait another two weeks to allow the piercing hole to loosen abit more.

I had mine done twelve years ago. It really didn’t hurt that much but bled - a lot - for the rest of the day.

No major issues, sat down to pee for the first week and then back to normal. I have a long foreskin so pee directing wasn’t an issue.

We were having gentle sex after about ten days.

My experience of getting my pa 20+ years ago was fairly similar to yours.

I did have a tiny bit of blood for about 24 hours though. But it wasn't painful at all.

If I go to a toilet and at home I tend to sit to pee (I did anyway before I got the PA) at a urinal I've figured out that if I allow the stream to build up pressure by gently pressing my cock with my fingers, stopping the stream slowing it to build up and then pissing the split stream converge into one and don't get all over my pants. I've not had to twist my cock upside down as some have recommended.

I'm holding off having sex for now (with a condom) although on NYE the PA will be 3 weeks old so I may try it then. It will be a great way to bring in 2025 with a bang! 😜

I would definitely recommend that you do your research before you book the appointment with a reputable piercer who's done alot of this procedure that way you'll know how to prepare for the procedure, what to expect during the the procedure and then the aftercare. Good luck 😉

Your more then welcome.

Sorry I don't have any experience considering an Apadravye although from what I have researched it is alot more painful than a PA as the needle is going through thicker skin with more nurves.

Healing time is also abit longer than a PA

Really wanna get mine done. But it's a small dick with a long foreskin, so I was worried about recovery and it not being able to dry as it's hard to keep my foreskin peeled back.

But I want it done soooooooo bad.

Your best having it checked by a reputable piercer. They will have a look and assess your anatomy and let you know if you can have a PA

If you have foreskin ideally it should retract past your head as the piercing is done to either side of the frenulum (depending on what side you dress to) just under the head. A PA is not advised to be piarced through the foreskin

Oh. It does fully retract, it just doesn't stay back. It easily slides back over the head. So I'm worried about it being covered by my foreskin predominantly, thus making it warm and moist/ damp., therefore hindering healing? If that makes sense?

"Oh. It does fully retract, it just doesn't stay back. It easily slides back over the head. So I'm worried about it being covered by my foreskin predominantly, thus making it warm and moist/ damp., therefore hindering healing? If that makes sense?"

A friend of mine had a similar problem where his foreskin wouldn't stay back. He found that after having the PA it actually helped keep the foreskin slightly back leaving abit of the head exposed. For him that was the main reason for getting a PA

As for the foreskin predominantly keeping the PA and piercing sight covered you won't have to worry about this as the initial jewellery is always bigger in diameter in relation to your cock head size. This is to allow for swelling and bruising which can happen in the first few days after the piercing and to allow the ring to sit comfortably when you get morning wood/hardon. You can change to a smaller diameter once it's fully healed.

Due to the initial jewellery being bigger, this will prevent the underside of foreskin where the piercing is fully covering it.

To prevent moister buildup I'd suggest dabbing the PA and the surrounding area near the piercing sight with dry tissue paper everytime you go for a wee and after you've dried yourself after having a shower through our the healing phase (3/6 weeks)

Hope that helps

When looking for a reputable piercer hear are some of the questions I had

How many of these specific (PA) piarcings have they done

How long have they been doing this Pacific (PA) piercing for

Which staff member(s) do the (PA) piercing. If you can have a chat with them in person that is great to get a feel of who they are and their vibe

Take a trip to the Piercing shop/parlour/studio and have a look around. Dose it look clean how are the staff behaving. Are they welcoming, approachable and attentive

Ask if the equipment and jewellery they use are sterilize. So they have an autoclave for sterilise relevent equipment and jewellery

What method do they use to do the procedure. Canular or Receiving tube

What guage(s) do they do the initial piercing at 12g - 2.0mm, 10g - 2.4mm or 8g - 3.0mm. If they do any lower then 12g - 2.0mm I'd be weary as lower guage jewellery can cause the cheese cutter effect.

What type of jewellery do they use for the initial piercing. CBR, Horseshoe, Bent Barbell or Banana

Do they do an consultation and anatomy check before doing the procedure?

What type of material are the jewellery made of? If it's anything other than implant grade titanium or surgical steel I'd be weary as some people can have allergic reactions to other metals especially nickel.

How much dose the Piercing cost?

Is the jewellery price included with the piercing cost or is it separate

This one is not essential but do ask if they are part of the Association of Professional Piercers (UKAPP) not all UKAPP piercers are good and some great piercers are not part of the UKAPP (mine wasn't)

Although I would highly recommend that you do your own thorough research on after care I would definitely ask them what is their aftercare advice and do they provide post op care and checkups to make sure that everything is healing as it should in the relevent time frames. This should closely mirror your own research.

If you know someone who has had this piercing and have had a good experience then going off recommendations is always a good idea

02/01/2025 - It's now been 3 weeks. Exactly half way through my PA healing journey. Everything is healing really well. Most of the time now I bearly notice it's there other than when the jewellery moves, when I go for a wee or when I'm doing the warm saline soke (twice a day now, Morning and Night) there's very little crusties other than the odd bits near the fistula.

Over the past week most mornings I've woken up with morning wood which I definitely noticed and most of the times I can't help but initiate solo play to completion which is still incredibly intense and very pleasurable. I have noticed that since getting the PA my cum is alot more viscus than it used to be which I love

Everything is feeling pretty comfortable and the outside of the fistula is completely healed now (the inside is still healing) The hole has loosened more compared to last week and the jewellery is moving more freely. Taking into account all the above I decided it was time to try oral and penetrative sex for the first time with my very close special friend

He has a PA which he has had for 20+ years so I knew I was in safe, trusting and capable hands. I chose to have my first experience with someone who has been though the process themselve.

He made sure everything was prepared before the session. condoms, water based lube, po**ers, toys and douching kit. When I arrived I had a quick shower making sure the PA was clean. We took it incredibly slow, steady and easy. There was no pressure and we had all the time in the world. We started off with cuddling and kissing whilst he gently stroked my flaccid cock. It didn't take long for my cock to get rock solid hard oozing pre-cum along the jewellery. This is the 1st time he'd seen my cock that hard in person since getting the PA. We decided to start first with oral. He allowed me to be in total control of the situation allowing me to guide my cock in and out of his mouth. As soon as his warm moist tongue touched piarced cock omg! The sensations and pleasure were completely different to solo play. After abit oral we decided to try Anal. I made sure his area and my cock was very well lubed with water based liquid silk. I started off trying to use a condom but it just wasn't working and I was finding it difficult to stay hard so I suggested we try BB which bingo did the trick and I was back in top form. Like with solo play I made sure to pay attention and listen to my body. (If it's feeling uncomfortable or painful STOP immediately) I took my time and very slowly and gently slide my PA and then along with it the head of my cock and stayed there for a moment allowing my cock to get used to the new mind-blowing intense sensations! I've had sex with him countless times before but this time with the PA it felt like a completely new experience! Once I got use to this I slowly and steadily slide the rest of my cock into him stopping at every couple of inches, thrusting a little in and out until I was in him balls deep! He was absolutely amazing and allowed me to steer, guide and adjust his body to my needs

Every now and again I'd pull out completely and inspect my cock for any bruising, tear or bleeding which lucky I didn't see any sign of. We had plenty of rest, cuddles and kisses in between and only when I was ready did we start again. Once I was comfortable with a certain position and i was ready we started trying other positions (we started with Doggy, then to Missionary and then to Tight Squeeze) . At one point he accidently clenched his arse muscles as we were moving from one position to another and it was abit too intense so he made sure not to clench whilst I was in him. We litally shagged for hours, taking our sweet time. Eventually I couldn't hold back any longer and shot my hot creamy load deep inside of him whilst we were fucking in the Tight Squeeze position. The feeling was soo intense and over powering that I was squealing and quivering with pleasure! I could feel evey squirt (of which there was quite alot and quite powerful too!) and jet as it passed around the jewellery that sits in the urethra. It's honestly the best sex I've ever had!

After I was done I cleaned my cock in the sink with warm water and washed off any cum and lube that was on the cock and jewellery and around the tip of the head and fistula. I then had a wee, looking out for any signs of blood which there wasn't any of which was good sign.

My friend did mention that the next day my cock may feel slightly sore which is absolutely normal as the cock is still getting used to the jewellery, the movement and actions.

It's been a couple of hours now and my cock seems absolutely fine

Now that I have had my 1st sexual experience and know what to expect and everything is ok, I feel confident enough to venture into the wild with my PA (Northwich Sauna hear I cum!

😜🍆💦💦💦💦🍑

I'll be venturing to Northwich Sauna on Sunday for the 1st time since I've had my PA so that experience will my my next update

Then it'll be up-sizing to the next jewellery (10g 2.4mm) which I'm hoping will be on 09/01/2025. This will all depend on if the fistula hole has loosened enough to accomated the thicker jewellery. Ideally I'd like my 1st upsize to be done naturally and without having to use tapers or stretchers.

I'll probably do a couple of more as I upsize untill I've got to the desired guage

09/01/2025 - It's now been exactly a month since I got a PA. I noticed the fistula was becoming more lose with a slight gap between the jewellery. Now everytime I go to the loo I noticed that small drops of pee would come out the fistula hole which was a good indication that it was time to upsize to the next jewellery size (Surgical Steel 10g - 2.4mm x 19mm) so I got in touch with my piercer and booked an appointment so she could do the first jewellery change for me. I took along the jewellery that I wanted to upsize to that I had brought a few weeks prior. After work I made my way to the studio and booked myself in. There was abit of a wait as the piercer was on her break so I went for a bit of a wonder. 29 mins or so later I got a message to say they we're ready to I headed back.

When I got in the room the piercer had a look at my PA to make sure it was ready for the upsize. Gently she took off the ball from the old jewellery (Titanium 12g - 2.0mm x 19mm) and slowly slide out the remainder of the ring. At the fistula exit point I felt a slight pinching sensation as the jewellery came out which she said was absolutely normal.

She then slowly inserted the new jewellery (Surgical Steel 10g - 2.4mm x 19mm) from the tip of the penis head and down the urethra. Everything was going absolutely fine however as the ring got closer to the fistula opening I started to feel discomfort and slight pain. She stoped immediately and gave me a moment and some water to drink. After a few minutes she attempted to slide the ring some more but it was too painful so we stopped as she didn't want to force the jewellery through. She took the new jewellery out and reinserted the old jewellery

I was quite disappointed as I was really looking forward to upsizing to the next size up. As I sat there and composed myself, I suggested if it would be a good idea to try the shower method and she agreed that it wouldn't hurt to try

Once I got home I jumped in the shower and allowed the skin around the penis to soften with the warm water. Once the skin was soft and quite pliable I removed the old jewellery (Titanium 12g - 2.0mm x 19.mm) which came out fairly easily. I then slowly inserted the new jewellery (Surgical Steel 12g - 2.4mm x 19mm) I first tried to insert the jewellery through tip of the head and down the urethra like my piercer had done earlier at the studio but I couldn't quite get it to pop out of the fistula so I decided to try the reverse method, Inserting the ring from the fistula and out the tip. The tip of the ring slide into the fistula hole easy enough. I then slowly and gently, bit by bit pushed the jewellery through untill it popped out the at the tip of my penis! I was so elated that I had finally managed to insert the new jewellery and all by myself! The difficult and filldy part was trying to get the ball onto the new ring piece which after quite a few attempts I managed to successfully!

The new Surgical Steel CBR (10g -2.4mm x 19mm) looks amazing and it definitely has more weight to it compared to the Titanium CBR (12g - 2.0mm x 19mm) I'm very pleased with it.

My next upsize will be in about a month's time when I will be upsizing to Surgical Steel CBR (8g - 3.0mm x 19mm)

Had mine done 25 years ago. Never regretted it.Started with a 2.4 and went up from there. Once you get above 4/5 mm you need the pliers to remove the ball if it’s a ring. I’ve now got a 8mm curved bar with threaded balls which works well. If I’m flying I put in a polypropylene ring which hopefully doesn’t show on the metal detector.🤞

"I get the excitement and desire to pierce your genitalia. Honestly it just gets gets in the way of me providing a good workout on your gorgeous cock. "

I've not had any issues with guys sucking my pierced cock once I've guided them on how to suck a cock with a PA.

Everyone I've fucked with the PA so far have loved it 😈😜🍆💍💦💦💦🍑

23/01/2025 - Today I have finally come to the end of my Prince Albert healing journey. It has heald very well and I no longer have to do the warm saline salt sokes. The upsized jewellery has settled very well and feels really nice and comfortable (10g - 2.4mm x 19mm Surgical Steel CBR) I have noticed that within two weeks of having the new jewellery in that the fistula has already loosened and that I could upsize to the 8g - 3.0mm x 16mm Surgical Steel CBR, however I am going to wait a month before upsizing as I would like to enjoy the 10g - 2.4mm for a while longer and all the incredible new sensations it provides.

Always use a taper for stretching, they are designed to make it easy. Taper goes through so much easier than the rounded end of a bcr.

I'm goimg to try doing it under a warm shower method first. If that doesn't work than I'll use tapers 👍

01/02/2025 - I was supposed to upsize my PA jewellery on Thursday 6th 2025 but I decided to upsize it abit early today because tomorrow is my partners birthday and I wanted to treat him to the new size. I noticed for a while that the fistula was loose since upsizing to a 10g - 2.4mm X 19mm so I knew I was ready to go up to the next size 8g 3.0mm x 16mm Surgical Steel Easy Fit (it has two small balls on either end of the main ball that are spring loaded instead of an indent) I decided that for the 8g 3.0mm I wanted to go for a smaller diameter as this would look more aesthetically pleasing in perpotion to my c**k. I did my usual routine when upsizing. I had a nice hot shower to get the skin around the c**k and fistula nice, soft and supple. I then popped the ball off the 10g BCR and gently poped it out. I then very gently slid the 8g BCR in through the fistula. There was abit of resistance but with a little wiggle and gentle pressure the ring slid in. From hear I gently guided the ring through the fistula until it popped out the urethra and on went the ball. With the 8g It was alot easier to get the quick fit ball on than it was 10g regular ball. From hear on out I'll only be ordering PA jewellery that is easy fit.

A couple of hours later I just couldn't help but take the new thicker jewellery for a test drive so I decided to try solo play with it. I was rather surprised that I was able to get an erection so soon after upsizing! I can definitely tell the difference in thickness, It feels alot more comfortable and ejaculating is just as intense if not more than with the last two jewellery (12g and 10g respectively)

Tomorrow I'll be trying oral and penetrative sex for the first time with the 8g jewellery with my partner. I must say I am looking forward to the new and added sensations the ticker jewellery will provide!
