How do you douche to stay clean even when deep?? Have a shower head attachment which is awesome …but …..

High fibre diet, 30g a day, handheld bidet

Takes me less than 5 mins, never had any mess or accident

Pretty easy to eat 30g of fibre a day too, apples, bananas, raspberries, sourdough bread, lentils, nuts, etc.

Used a gadget for extraction of fluids from cars.Like a thick bicycle pump with a flexible tube attached.Silverline tools, eBay or others.Cant stand those useless little rubber things.
