I've always wanted to try fisting. I have bought a fist toy and some good quality lube. I need to know how to go about training myself to take this toy for maximum enjoyment. I know it's not just a case of lubing it up and going for it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Slow is the way to play, douch makes for ease of depth, be wary that fist toys often tempt you to really slam it in and they don't bend so cause damage.
