What makes a “Daddy” a Daddy

I’m a young lad who has always only been with, enjoyed and sexually fancied older men (For me they’ve always been AT LEAST 50 years old +).

Although I’m 28 now, I’ve always loved the “Daddy and Twink/Young/Son” situation. For me to be a “Daddy” you have to be at VERY LEAST aged 40+ (if not older) and actually look like the type of middle aged man who would be married with kids and settled down…

I’m increasingly seeing people in their 30’s and even 20’s describing themselves as a “Daddy” when they still look like a young man…. And of course you can (and a lot have) have had children at that age, but surely theirs gotta be some sort of boundary’s lol…

It’s like me still calling myself a twink (which felt like yesterday but unfortunately I’m not anymore)… ludicrous in my eyes. What makes it worse is the fact that some of them still talk, look and act like teenagers 😄

Now obviously it’s a matter of point of view and opinion… which is why I’m asking what everybody thinks….

Let me know guys… 🧐

Guys in their 20s or 30s are not daddies. 45+ is a daddy. I'm now a daddy. Used to love dads and now I'm one!

For me for a guy to be considered daddy he has to be old enough to be your dad and slightly dominant and knows what he wants and how he wants it. Just my type really

Never really thought of myself as a Daddy till I hit 50 and younger lads started calling me it.

I’d always been attracted to younger but didn’t really embrace the Daddy/Son thing till then

It’s a pretty wide subject but I always find that there are basically two types of Daddy. The guy who just calls himself that cause it’s a fetish and it’s used in sex play/role play etc

Basically just using the term whilst having sex with younger lads…. Does that make him a Daddy?

The other main role is the Daddy/Dad where an older guy actually assumes the role of a lads Dad and gets both emotionally and directly involved with a lad on a day to day level. Not really a boyfriend but akin to it. Of course there’s also the Daddy (often dominant) sex side too. Which kinda goes hand in hand with the nurturing “Dad” side of things.

As a “ Daddy” I’ve had a couple of these longer inter generational relationships. It’s rewarding for both sides if it works and, I find it’s more satisfying being a lads Dad and watching him develop and grow as a person whilst being his Daddy/Dad.

I’m 49 and have considered myself to be a daddy for a couple of years now, I love the company of younger men/lads and I do enjoy being called daddy by them. I’m definitely a lot more of a passionate and loving daddy type rather than a dom/rough daddy type.

I do find some lads expect me to be rough/demanding but I’m really not and do enjoy the more nurturing/guiding side of being a daddy.

When I first came out I met some older men who were friendly and gentle, who helped me on my first steps.. I guess I now want to continue that and provide that for the next generation.
