Sexual health clinics are reporting an increase in this , however not as you would expect from BB but from guys who have oral gonorrhea and go on to rim guys

So far only Chlamydia a few times. The one time I had finished taking the meds for it and about 2 or 3 weeks later the Ex got Chlamydia from a group meet with some guys. We always went for testing regularly and they said she didn't pass it on to me due to us not having sex during that time and on top of that the Meds will have caught it if we had done.

I am a top so nearly fell off my chair when I got a text saying my anal swab was positive for The Gon. I only did it as it was there and did not expect anything from it. I had not been rimmed in the preceding 6 weeks since my previous test but a stray finger by a co-top who was somewhat too insistent I suspect left an unwelcome visitor.

So don’t skip any section of the swabbing. It could catch you out.

What makes you think he is infected?

I had no idea I was infected. No symptoms. It only showed up in routine testing.

As mentioned. It can be contracted quite easily and not always through penetration. 3 monthly checks will spot it and then the same clinic will sort out your antibiotics. Then your on your way to learn from your experiences.

You don't just get it in one area. It will spread throughout the body. Same with all the STIs. They test different areas to identify where it started but once its there you've got it
