I had this once too, about a year ago. Seemed there was a good connection but the next morning, blocked. Was a bit confused and disappointed for a couple of hours, but soon got over it. I was a bit annoyed at myself too, because I'm usually a good judge of character and have a (normally!) good gut instinct about people.

A few things there. There’s the privacy element, the emotional investment and the vulnerability.

It’s great that you were willing to be vulnerable but it’s a shame that it was with someone who had to hide themselves. They clearly needed to be shielded and cloaked..
