Why are all A and E at hospitals over crowded and have so many poor people housed in ambulances outside ?

Probably find that most don’t need to go to A&E, but can’t get a doctors appointment so they just go there instead

A few are reacting to their failing ill health due to poor education, life choices and lack of accountability for such.

Others are ill because Primary Care is not proactive and we rely on reactive acute services for everything.

And the majority are there to charge their phones

Seasonal flu is especially bad this year, lots of older people in hospital with respiratory illnesses. Consultants usually want time off over Christmas, so less staff on. People dial 999 for all sorts ridiculous reasons, ambulance staff can't leave A and E until thet can handover a patient to staff there, so sometimes waiting outside for hours.

says this no where to go after treatment is a massive problem xxx
