Can anyone advise me please

I have a 7 inch dildo flexy which I use often

Sometimes I’m fine afterwards and yet sometimes the next day I’m as sore as anything and I always use same Lube etc, I can’t explain it.

It’s also the same when I’ve taken anal….

Sometimes fine other times hurts like hell.
