I was only ever a social drinker. Never could handle much drink. Either made me sleepy or talk too much. Also suffered horrendous hangovers. Stopped drinking in June 2012. Was only going to have a break but never desired to drink alcohol since.

I've cut back. Too much drinking during the week and have instead been getting back into weights.

A cross-country run in the snow at lunchtime.
