Regression fetish. I have a few clients who specialise in providing that service. Some in this country and some abroad.

There is no single recognized psychological origin for it and not much research has been done into it. Those who enjoy it have a deep rooted need for it though.

I watched a documentary many years ago about a residential place in Medway (I think) where businessmen (and others presumably) could go at the end of the day and the "mother" (a motherly middle aged woman) would then treat them like babies...bathe them, talc them, put them in a diaper and bed clothes and lay them in a cot! I remember one scene of a man dressed up in a pink bonnet and diaper sucking his thumb
