I did a Scottish themed evening with haggis tatties and nips followed by deep fried mars and snickers bars. The mars was lovely snickers too sweet. Freeze them before dipping in batter and deep frying.

Next lesson I'll tell you about floaters. Theyre eggs broken in to deep fat fryer like poaching eggs in oil rather than water.
