I found the placement of the pads wasnt at all intuitive but I have managed a hands free cum a few times. try one pad on your frenulum just under the cock head, and the other on your perineum. play around with the different stimulation programs and intensities as some are pleasant, others painful and some numbing. The gel pads work well and can be kept hydrated for good contact with a spray of water.
