Yes. Lost 30kg in 5 months, almost no effort involved. Also massively curbs other bad behaviour like alcohol (eg drinking every evening).

It's absolutely wonderful and cut out all the food noise.

131kg down to 100.

I've been prescribed it to help with my blood sugar control. I had almost 4 months of violent shits and nausea. As for weight loss, in all that time, a couple of kilos.

As usual, the press gets hold of something and makes it out to be something special.

My balls have massively changed. My gf put a cock cage on me the other day which was never comfortable, but this time was fine.

I've lost about 30kg (130-100kg).

My cock is also significantly bigger and I can last much longer before cumming.

it’s not that much - if you have quite a bit to lose - the 1st week is all fluid retention & inflammation

I lost 1stone 1st week - now I’m 6&1/2 stone down since oct - I lose on average 1-2lbs a week now - on 10mg

7 stone gone in 15 months. No longer morbidly obese, pre-diabetic, disabled, hyper-tensive, depressed, or angry that I look shit in all clothes. No saggy skin.

360 on the lifestyle was possible with the help of MJ. You'll lose weight cos you will stop eating, but if you don't fix your lifestyle believe me you are wasting your money. I am full of energy, walk miles every day, happy, and recent blood work shows I'm fit as fiddle. I fast 20 hours a day most days. I eat a lot.l but nothing compared to what inused to eat. My weight has been stable for 6 months without MJ. My testosterone level has shot up and I have the sex drive to show for it 😆

Have been on it since July. Got it for diabetes when one of my other drugs was causing some nasty side effects. I also didn’t know what it was when it was prescribed.

Diabetes nurse told me what it does. Think I’m on quite a low dose 5mg once a week and the first month was half that.

I’ve lost around 10-11 Kg. Must admit had some issues when I first went on it upset tummy, diarrhoea etc. it’s all fine now seems to have settled and the body has got used to it. Still losing 1 to 1.5 kg per month

My GP moved me to mounjaro from one of my other diabetic meds November last year. Not had any side effects so far. Also with a certain amount of daily steps weight has come down, and doctors were very pleased with the results from my annual diabetic check-up this year.

I lost 4 stone and then started it mainly to stop me gaining more and to help reduce my blood sugars as I'm type 2 diabetic - which it is brilliant for

Well it was developed to help treat diabetes, weight loss is a side effect, that is why type 2 diabetics get it on the nhs. In my case it replaced saxagliptin as it is supposed to be more effective.

I’ve had to change from mounjaro to ozempic due to the price here in Ireland. 2.5mg starts €230, 5.0mg is €320, 10mg is €440 and 15mg is €520 per month, unsustainable prices.

The Ozempic is 0.5mg is €130, 1mg is €130, not sure of the price after that.

The prices are unreal, is it the same in the UK? These are life changing medications but the prices make it very difficult to go on them and stay on them.

Can not express how much this does not work!

I mean, yeah ok it works if you stay on them for life, but the main fact is that if you stop taking them, you put the weight back on as quick as you have lost it! So my opinion is not to take the drug and fix it naturally without the help of such things!

Right and wrong. The amount of money you are saving in food bills. Takeaways going the local Tesco and spending a quick £20 on pure shite means you can stay on them more or less indefinitely.

My mate lost 4 stone on Monjaro and went on the cheaper one when they bumped the prices well up. He is on matainance dose now. He is a lot fitter. He works for himself and is doing Mike's more work. Bringing in loads more money.

He could hardly walk to the bar. Now he is training for the 3 Yorkshire peaks.

You are right the weight will go back on if you come off it and go back to old habits. However this is true of training and dieting for a year then stopping and going back to old habits.

This is giving people like him and many 1000s more a chance of getting their lives back. Kick starting them into being able to get themselves fit. Hopefully becoming less a burden on the NHS. So therefore not a waste of time.

I lost 7 stone. I spent less on food and it balanced that the jabs cost me nothing. Ive maintained my loss without mj for 6 months. It works its a game changer so long as folks understand it's a toll.to help.change the lifestyle, and losing weight is not the only goal. My life is a million times improved.

You’re correct

Mounjaro just suppresses your appetite, so you’ll be eating less calories putting you in a calorie deficit (the only way to lose weight)

If after mounjaro, your eating habits go back to what they were, and you’re eating in a calorie surplus to what your maintenance calories are, then you’ll just end up putting the weight back on

You'll put the weight back on if you go back to being an put of control greedy fucker. That would be a shocking waste of money. The cost is huge incentive to get it right and lock down a healthy lifestyle. Its not correct to simply blanket assume when someone stop they will put the weight back on. I haven't. I actually struggle to keep weight on!
