I’ve seem to have had a bit of an accident after a rough bottoming session. Any remedies to help with an anal fissure ?

Had one in 2010. Pain off the scale. GP gave me a steroid cream and sorted in about a week.

Has never recurred.

Go slow and carefully when you start taking again.

Safer to be fucked by smaller cock:

Less risk of anal fissure.

Less risk of anal tear and damage to anal wall.

Less risk of anal bleed.

Less risk of anal muscle damage.

Less risk of faecal incontinence.

Pleasurable sensation too when it rubs the G-spot or prostate.

Could i suggest you try Sudocrem, which is an antiseptic soothing cream.

I had similar problems, diagnosed as an anal fistula and needed an op to sort the pain. The consultant suggested that after going to the loo,I should try to wash my hole area, then wipe with baby wipes, non perfumed. Finish with rubbing mens moisturising cream ,eg Nivea, in to the hole and surrounding areas. It helped and also made my hole more supple.

I had it pretty minorly a number of years back. I dont bottom, but I kept having a few drops of blood when I wiped and I was itchy as hell. Went to the docs and they told me I had an anal fissure. Basically where a part of the anal tissue rips. Im assuming mine was pretty minor as its supposed to be incredibly painful. Mine was just seriously itchy but Im guessing thats part of healing

If I were you, I’d get Rectogestic from doctors. It’s good but gives headache as causes blood to rush to the anus, which helps it to heal.

See your GP. Infection is a risk and will need antibiotics to clear it.
