This is always a real stress for me.. douching and been clear down there is a difficult one to get right.. and had a few mishaps un the past....

One peace of advice was the day before to eat very little and even not eat after midday.. and no rich food or heavy sauces..

If you’re a bottom then I heavily recommend eating at least 30g of fibre per day. On a walk at the moment so can’t explain why, but if you google ‘fibre for bottoming’ you can see all the benefits.

Douching for me takes a maximum of 5 mins, and I’ve never had any accidents

Also drink 2litres of water per day

Skipping meals or eating less is quite unhealthy, I’ve bottomed after eating 3-4 meals throughout the day, just eat enough fibre

Apples, bananas, berries throughout the day

I have red lentil and beetroot pasta everyday (12grams of fibre in one serving)

All three of my meals will have a lot of veg, 5g of fibre from veg in each meal, then if I’m having a flatbread or something that’s an extra 5g

I have a bowl of yoghurt with berries, and chia seeds every evening, that has 10g

I get around 35-45g per day

The red lentil and beetroot pasta is sold in Aldi, tastes the same as normal pasta and very healthy in terms of macros (fibre, protein, and carbs)

I found out my issues were due to lactose and wheat so I avoid those for 24hrs.

I only drink a Huel or similar during the day pre a meet.

Douche and anti-diarrhoea tablets then no food at all till after

I suppose a lot depends of one's individual body. I avoid rich foods and alcohol and make sure I drink plenty of water.

It also depends what time of day I'm playing. If I have a meet of say, 10:00AM I won't eat until after the meet.

If it's an afternoon meet or a visit to a sauna I'll get up fairly early and have some cereal. Then I won't eat until after I've played.

If it's a evening meet I'll eat plain food in small portions then have a douche about 90 minutes before I'm due to play.

of course but you have to be sensible and remember a good diet should be the norm not just because your a bottom over douching and not eating properly can be unhealthy. And dangerous. As most have said fibre in your diet is very important, try not to douche too much as it washes away protective mucus that lines your rectum and can leave you more vulnerable to infections. Best advice I could give you is the day before a meet eat carbohydrates like pasta’s potato based dinner and no spicy sauce etc (for obvious reasons) for breakfast bran flakes, then while in the shower or bath slip a finger deep up yourself and see if it’s clear a middle finger depth, if it’s not I would douche with warm water until your running clear and meet within (for me 3 hours) I will be all good to be fucked in that time frame following that process. I only meet 2 times a month maximum as it’s important to let your anal passage heal after anal sex and to not douche again for at least a week to let your protective lining regenerate. Too much douche is bad for your health. X
