If you do it gently - it should be fine

I have what I'd describe as a snug or closer fitting foreskin, the rolling back happens really easily but if I'm especially hard then it'll tend to stay back as the helmet is quute bulbous.

And I'm spotlessly clean by the way, having a closer fitting foreskin doesn't stop you washing it. I think the cheese mongers are those with very tight foreskins that don't go back easily.

It depends on what's going on. If a guy can pull back skin and wash it and head when not hard but can't retract skin when it is hard, that's one thing. But if a guy has foreskin so tight it won't retract even when soft, then you can almost guarantee there is a build up of smegma under it.
