I usually get that, though not always, when I am abroad.

Are you abroad?, or using a VPN that makes it seem you are? Or a VPN that totally masks your IP Address?

If not those… no idea x

Your IP address is probably showing you as not in your home country.

Using a free VPN can do that.

By the way, it's a CAPTCHA.
