There was a time when I had to play Rugby, being a large build I was in demand in the scrum but once the ball was loose my severe myopia meant that I couldn't follow the ball anyway! I was in Cork for work and was in the swimming pool of the hotel - half the Munster Rugby team came in - their training ground was next door and they often used the pool at the hotel afterwards. I was at serious risk of drowning as I was staring at all the muscle.
