I work a hard four-night, 12-hour shift from Mon to Thursday night. During this time I don't masturbate. By Fri, I'm very horny, but also, before this, Tuesday/Wednesday onwards, I'm quite irritable. I mainly abstain from wanking during the working week to save my energy (work is quite demanding).I'm wondering, though, if I'm doing the right thing. Would I be more relaxed and better able to cope with work (I'm struggling to be honest, both physically and mentally) if I masturbated as and when the urge and need presented itself.
