Talk of accents reminds me of when I was on a course at Bletchley not code breaking but was at the same place. Me and my workmate george who was from Edinburgh were talking in the restaurant when we noticed a girl just stood there listening to us upon which she said I just love hearing you two talked said never heard Gaelic spoken before what the hell did we sound like. Seeing George from scotland but doesn't speak Gaelic and I'm from Wigan God only knows. Granted us wiganer have only just got the handle on the kings english but nevertheless

I will remind readers the question from OP was what is the best accident “in” the IlUK and no where in the sentence was that limited to accents from the UK.

But as Basil informed you all we Connaughtmen have the best accent - anywhere in fact - and those of us who made it to the UK sound amazing. Almost as good as we look. But nowhere near as long as are our cocks or as innovative as we are between the sheets.
