Yes it does. When I was in Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, I was able to access Fabguys.

Yes, it does. But your catchment is limited to other UK users who happen to be in the area, which usually is a tiny fraction of the total.

If you want to see the totality of who's looking in your area, you need to use the international platforms and find out what their equivalent of Fab is.
