They heighten the experience and keep thevercetion longer and sometimes harder … it’s principle is to restrict the blood from flowing out of the spongy material that is the cock… depending on how tight the ring is, the blood flow (or lack of) is what makes the cock hard … newbies should only have them on for 30 mins max … as you gets experienced, then you can take a view on how long you want to keep them on for… hope this helps x

I've have tried metal cock rings but found them too small to get on even at the largest sizes so I use the silicone with a little lube to put on and a stretch and ints on. Different ones to place in different places plus I like it when on Saturday morning I go do some shopping or go to the diy store wearing my tight joggers and no boxers my bulge is evidently on show
