I still climax easily but produce very little cum or at times nothing at all. At the same time my balls are a little bit sore as if they're squeezing to ejaculate but have nothing to move on. If anyone can tell me what is going on I'll be very grateful.

See gp ask for a blood test to check psa levels. It tells you if you have an enlarged prostate.
