This morning was one of those that as I walked to work , looking up at that blue sky, I just felt so grateful to be alive
I often get those what you might call euphoric feelings
I’m a get up singing and positive sort of person
Drives my wife nuts, I’m banned from singing g in the bathroom or landing lol
Then I get up fuss my dogs a bite to eat and off!
Are you a morning person
Used to be a morning person in that I could get up and get loads of work done in the first two hours. Wouldn't say I was bright and cheerful but more focused. Not so these day. All depends on how well I slept [very badly last night] and the weather.
