I used to feel the same way. Mind you I was out doing stuff I shouldn't have done and naturally didn't like the police due to my criminal lifestyle at the time. I've even been arrested for something I had nothing to do with. And now I'm older I actually think we would all be screwed if we had no police. Could you imagine the amount of homophobic attacks etc that would increase without police.

Once on a long weekend break on Torquay I hooked-up with this guy in a gay bar on the Friday night and we then spent most of that weekend in bed in my hotel room. He said he was a copper in the Met.
