So Ive been messaging a few guy how many messages do you send them before you move on? Also how much time do you give them to reply? Also if you sent a guy 2 messages on wednesday they had read the messages but hadn't replied but had been online since then would you block them?

I'm new to gay sex/websites messaging so please all answers, tip and tricks welcome.

One message.

Two if you feel the need, but I personally don't like being chased up for a reply.

It's not unusual for me to get 30 - 40 messages a day. I will try to reply to all but it takes time.

If I get a second message pushing for a reply too soon it automatically generates a 'Thanks but no thanks'

The best way to approach it is just send the one and forget it. If you get a reply, great. If you don't, move on

If you have sent them 2 and they haven't replied I wouldn't send anymore as they may find that annoying. No need to block them as they may just come on to read messages and intend to get back later, especially during the week as they may be working.

No tricks, just be honest with them and with yourself.

Take care and have fun when possible.

Life is too short to take this too seriously.

I only block if people pester me and haven't read any of my profile. I've started to clear all messages for a site where I have been for a few days, and I'm moving on. Anyone who wants to stay in contact can send a new message, or a friend invite

Block arrogant dick heads. People have other things going on, including potential meets that they might be more invested in than me right at this moment. I don't put pressure on them to reply and don't expect it to be applied to me. If I am attracted to them now, I will be again another time when they are less distracted. If the conversation is about an arranged meet and they ghost, that is a different matter.

This has stood me in very good stead on here and fabswingers. You will develop a sixth sense to fab and the pattern of messages you receive from guys and develop your own methods of replying facts and honesty root out the genuine good guys and these meetings lead to wonderful satisfaction. Enjoy.

I've never understood bow a guy can go online and miss a message. It's made quite obvious, especially on the mobile app where there is great yellow flash.

I leave it and wait. Eventually I just use the delete button.

If you get that many that new messages spill over more than one screen, and new ones arrive whilst you ard going through and or replying, it's quite easy to miss
