Has anybody here visited Hamilton Hall? It's a men-only, naturist, gay-run hotel in Bournemouth. Did you have any "adventures" while you were there?

Hope it's your scene.

I believe from friends the owner is extremely obnoxious and rude.

Hmmm. Not according to trustpilot.

I don't CARE if it's their so called honesty. Being rude is not acceptable just because one doesn't agree with his opinions . Have a good day.

Just stayed at Little Robin Nest B & B.

Very nice, great eatery round the corner.

Loads of interesting Gents close.

Managed a superb meet, great dinner and a sound sleep !

Don’t even think about it. I booked a room and have to leave it was so awful. The smell of the room was like the worst deodorant ever. No private bathroom. Nobody naked. I left and found a travelodge.

Stayed there a few times .

If you want a naked chill then it is perfect . I always enjoy the meal in the evening .

John is always entertaining with a few stories to tell.

I have stayed 6,4 and 2 nights.

I stayed there a few years ago.

I get the impression that the owner has various stories to tell. It’s almost like he’s memorised a few scripts. If you want strong opinions it’s the place to go. I had fun interrupting his flow. No doubt his stories have been embellished over the years. It’s tough getting a word in edgeways.

Look out for the Dog, if you are naked, it didn’t bother me.

Would I go again?

Maybe, I met a nice guy there and we’ve been friends ever since. I like being naked with other men.

It’s a dreadful place and the owner is so opinionated as others have said. The website used to have screeds of his rants about almost every conceivable subject. I booked a massage weekend and fortunately there was a nice guy there who saw the place for what it was too. We both could see the funny side and kept each other amused. Still in touch now 20 years later.

When he’s working he was clothed, When he had his captive audience in the lounge, he was naked. He’s a man, he’s got a penis.

Thought he was very lively and entertaining. It was nice to be naked and in a safe space. So many stories and lots of facts which was very Interesting. Good value as well. Deffo recommend. It is what it is..

No, you won't feel out of place.

We spent Christmas 2004 there and it was "interesting" in many ways. John is definitely a marmite person, so those who hate him are very vociferous about it. Those who like him have no issue tolerating his idiosyncrasies and strongly held opinions. He must be doing something right as he's run the place for years now.
